Unique artifacts a treasure of jewelry dating by the Kangju erawere discovered in the ancient cultural layers of the Kultobesettlement.The gold ofKultobe: earrings, jewelry details of different shapes, “flattened bells” patches and unknown narrow thin plates curved into a ring pieces.
The particular interest is a small bell formed bronze piece with an iron tongue. Experts believe that these bronze bells are a common part of amulet sets consisting of various large beads, stones and other as effective item used to protect from different disasters and misfortunes.
Specific miniature bronze pendants formedas seeds or fruits probably represent the idea of land fertility. They have a dish-shaped triangular form. The miniature rings shows that they were as a part of the necklace set.
Also, on theKultobe settlement carnelian beadings were found. They have a trapezoidal form with channels in the center along the length, round-shaped turquoise glass beads with holes in the center, a necklace of beads made from various materials. This is combination of Egyptian faience, paste, coral and other stones. The necklace consists of more than 20 multi-colored stones of different diameters.
In the jewelry collection of Kultobe, items from later eras are also presented: silver and gold earrings, rings, bracelets and beads of various shapes and materials.
