The object is a large complex with an open courtyard and spacious rooms. The walls are decorated with niches, and there are iwans around the perimeter of the courtyard. In the north-western part there is a living room with a tashnau and a fireplace. Along the south-western and south-eastern walls of the complex there are 4 rooms of a residential and public nature. The main courtyard of the complex faced the main street.
